where do you store your photos online? #31days

Good news: Flickr gives you 1 TB of storage for free.
Bad news: You can't bulk upload to Flickr from your phone using the official app.

There's an app on my HTC phone that allows me to bulk upload to Flickr but I still find the site clunky.  The way they organize into "sets" (their version of albums) and "collections" (groups of sets) is not so clear to me, though maybe I haven't spent the time there I need to.  I've tried Picasa and Dropbox and Box but they all have issues.  So I'm wondering what you use. 

Here's what I'm looking for:

• free or inexpensive site
• bulk uploads from app and online
• a site that won't erase the photo info (date and time) like Dropbox and Box do
• ability to organize using tags and albums
