My friend James is a stay-at-home cool dad of four and videographer of life on their family farm.  He has two YouTube channels filled with recipes, travel, and life tips.  My favorite tip from James that I told my nephews is, "If you wanna make stuff, you have to DO THINGS," to which my nephews shrugged and went back to playing Xbox (true story).  

James' videos are all about intentional living -- making sure you're doing what you love to do.  He loves to collect vintage dishes from diners (dinerware?) and other classic kitchen goodies.  Since this video is about salt, I asked how many retro shakers he owns.  "I just counted 43," he said, "It's not hoarding; it's archiving!"
